hello folks my name is John Marr my dad is in bad health needing 24/7 oxygen from restoration work on classic cars and I don't know how much longer he has with us so a few weeks ago I set out on a mission to find a international 3/4 ton pickup and I found one I know for sure that he will be in tears when he sees is if I can put it together I got it from a man who is on his death bed I owe him and his family a favor and a prayer for selling it to me for what the did the inside needs to be wired still but has been painted almost all the original parts and come i belive are in the bed and the motor looks fine but having a hard time getting it to turn over not sure if its wiring or a frozen starter i hope someone on here has a shop manual for a 1974 international camper special 3/4 ton pickup i think its a 200 any help would be greatly appreciated
