    Help needed for a new guy. I bought a 1928 whippet at a Washington auction. It came with a bill of sale. Oregon dmv says I can’t title it or register it without a Washington title. It doesn’t have one. What can I do? Or did I just buy a nice looking yard art?. newbie here to antique cars. This is my first I hope it’s not my last. Any help would be appreciated. kelly

    Do you still have this speedometer and would it be for sale? I have a whippet it should fit. More pictures with a fuller would confirm it. kelly
