Auction estimate is $15 to $25 K. Seems cheap.

Yes it does. This car being one of the few “no reserve” items makes me wonder. Is this car an enticement to get folks to register for the auction, knowing it will probably still get all its value in spite of the no reserve.

  3. After leaving three thoughtful, introductory type messages to the seller and hearing nothing back. Last effort produced a response by text. “It’s sold”.
Through web search, the seller is currently enrolled in the Villanova MBA program. Can you believe it! Zero effort at using any decency or communication skills. Sure I’m disappointed about the car but really turned off by this individuals rudeness.

    I Like Cats!

Me too. Lost my cat Cleo last spring, 23 yrs old. Cried like I thought I might die..literally. Sadie, however, has been keeping me up all night wanting more and more Temptations treats. Just trying to have a joke

Just checked back into the thread. It's be a while, and I was surprised by the Pierce comment. By the way if you didn't like the frog headlights a new owner had a choice. IMHO styling beauty isn't just about a heal-on shot or even a profile. While some cars of this era have just let me flat, the rear end of the Pierce Arrow and it's sibling the Studebaker President has never let me down.

Some are headlight guys, some rear end guys. Regarding choices of headlights. Once decisions are made they can still be modified but to me they just never look just “ quite right” afterwards. Re-bodies are usually VERY expensive, but can be quite pleasing. Whatever way one goes just be mindful of transmissions, some can be pesky and some downright dangerous. In conclusion, enjoy the ride, keep up with maintenance, or you may wind up dead on the side of the road.

We will shoot a good video.....in the parking lot and down the road. I will do my impressions of Jay Leno’s garage. We still have work to do. Lots of other things starting to pick up.........car show season preparations are now in effect. I’m doing the Palm Beach Concours.......it was moved from Worth Ave to the Polo club. No public allowed. We will get out with 100 other cars and have a picnic on the grass among the cars with social distancing. There is a ton of room.....so they are going to take a bunch of assorted cars. Weather should be perfect. At least we will get a car on a field for the first time since Amelia. I will probably take the Stearns Knight Brunn Auto Show car. I would take the White, but it will be a drive home in total darkness.....and we have not yet got to the lights........did actually start on them today, before the sxxt hit the fan.

Does A.J. Know about these plans 🤔🥺
