  1. NZCARNERD Thanks for the information it was very helpful. I couldn't find anything out about Todd motors and what they sold in the late 30's. It makes sense that with all the Plodeges around that there are a few others in the mix. I got screwed up the first time I ordered parts from the States. I ordered a Chrysler lower control arm that didn't fit, the Plymouth one did though. I now only order Plymouth parts for it. Mike
  2. Yes the car was exported to New Zealand. Unfortunately the ownership papers don't show much history. The car is very solid with not major rust but needs a full interior and paint job. The motor is at the re conditioners and I'm hoping to hop it up a little. Apart from the dodge truck motor it looks like everything else if pretty much original. Maybe instead of being a Plodges its a Plymler ??? I guess anything goes and went back then depending on what was marketed.
  3. I have a 1939 Canadian built Chrysler right hand drive that is a obviously a P8 Plymouth. Does anyone know why it would be a Chrysler badge on the hood and also in the dash where the radio would have been it also says Chrysler. The build number is 9360625 and everything I have read about it says it was built in the Windsor factory. The motor has been replaced at some point with a 1937 Dodge truck motor 25 inch block T37XXXXX. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. Thanks Mike
  4. Hi there I'm looking for a chrome trim strip on the hood, passenger side that runs just above the handle. Photo attached. Also the last bottom grill strip driver side just above the bumper. Thanks Mike 954 654 2057
