Dave,Barney  is right it is behind the glove box I have adjusted the rod to the cold position as stated in fsm, I am trying to confirm that it is working correctly but because of the 90+ temp.in south fl. I am not sure how to verify that it is working correctly,FSM states raise temp on control panel and watch the rod move to closed position for heat ,will this method work with the outside temp being 90+ degrees?
