  1. We are once again hosting our own private Pre-War swap meet the last weekend in July. Invitations have been going out and we are extending invites to anyone who is interested. We have some great parts and it will make for a fun weekend visit to the Adirondack Mountains. Our half page ad appears in the newest issue of The Cormorant. Check out info attached. Swap Meet invite word 2018.rtf
  2. Radiator Grill Front with movable louvers, believed to be 1930 Cadillac / LaSalle. Good used condition with excellent potential. I recently had this piece media blasted to clean it up. It is solid and the louvers are in working condition (not seized). Overall, a nice original with excellent potential. Asking $500.00 and will be bringing to Hershey (spots CX 53 and CX 54 Chocolate Field). PM us here or email me directly at doug@valleyvending.com
  3. 1920's Pierce Arrow Cylinder Head. I am not sure of the specific application but I believe it to be 1924 to 1927 6 cylinder. Very good condition. We had this piece magna fluxed (crack checked) and there are no issues. Price is $1,500 delivered to Hershey (spots CX 53 and CX 54 Chocolate Field). PM us here or email me directly at doug@valleyvending.com
  4. Set of Lincoln wire wheels believed to be 1929 or 1930. Good solid condition and very restorable (no breaks, bends, or rust out). Asking $1,200 includes center caps and delivery to Hershey (spots CX 53 and CX 54 Chocolate Field) PM us here or email me directly at doug@valleyvending.com
  5. Very nice Buick radiator & shroud believed to be 1927 Master Series $750.00 delivered to Hershey (spots CX 53 and CX 54 Chocolate field). PM us here or email me directly at doug@valleyvending.com
  6. Believed to be 1927 Buick: One double bar and one triple bar.......both have mounting brackets attached. Good used condition. $200.00 each delivered to Hershey (spots CX 53 and CX 54 Chocolate Field). Pm us here or email me directly at doug@valleyvending.com
  7. Complete set of four wood spoke wheels......specific application unknown. These came from a collection that had mainly Packard, Cadillac / LaSalle, Buick, Lincoln, and Pierce Arrow. They are in very good condition. If they are a common application then we have them over priced.......if application is uncommon then this should be a very good buy at $1,200 delivered to Hershey (spots CX 53 and CX 54 Chocolate Field). If you know what these fit I would really appreciate your help in identifying them so we can adjust our price to more accurately reflect the application.....Thank you! You can PM us here or email me directly at doug@valleyvending.com
  8. Stone Guard believed to be 1934 Packard. Very good condition. The center and surrounding chrome trim are very nice and arguably show quality with the exception of a couple of very tiny spots where the chrome is missing, one spot on each side (looks like contact or rub marks.....see pictures). The main field (wire mesh) has a mild tarnish throughout but I believe this will buff out with some good polish and lots of patience. Includes both mounting brackets and rubber bumper / stoppers. Price is $1,000 and we can deliver to Hershey (spots CX 53 and CX 54 Chocolate Field).
  9. This windshield came to me in a recent acquisition of a small batch of 1934 Packard parts. The former owner had passed away and the family was consolidating his belongings. We believe this piece was restored at one time as the chrome is show quality and very unlikely this piece would have survived all these years in this condition. There are no flaws to speak of. The top / upper horizontal section of the frame has windshield wiper motor mounting holes on both sides. I am not sure if this helps determine a specific model or if all 34 Packards had this? Please check out the pictures and PM with questions or email me directly at doug@valleyvending.com Asking price is $1,200 obo. We can deliver to Hershey (spots CX 53 and CX 54 Chocolate field).
  10. Set of six wire wheels from 1934 Packard. Very good condition $1,200. We can deliver these to Hershey but prefer to have them sold in advance as we are limited on space and only bringing select items to sell. Hershey spots CX 53 and CX 54 Chocolate Field Please PM us here or email me at doug@valleyvending.com
  11. VINTAGE 1920'S VICTOR GASKET BOARD COMPLETE WITH HUNDREDS OF ORIGINAL GASKETS. BRINGING TO HERSHEY BUT HAPPY TO SELL IN ADVANCE. $750. Hershey Spots CX 53 AND CX54 Chocolate Field. Contact us here with PM or email me at doug@valleyvending.com
  12. In October 2016 (right after Hershey) my brother and I acquired the entire contents of car parts from the John Hawkinson estate. This is the property that was featured (March 15, 2017) on the season premiere of Chasing Classic Cars. This was a massive collection of over 40 vehicles and an even more impressive collection of vintage parts, primarily Packard, Cadillac, Buick, Lincoln, Pierce Arrow, Reo, Mack Bull Dog Fire Truck and American LaFrance. Nothing on the property was newer than 1932. Since then we have sold some of the inventory on ebay and we held a private swap meet at our property the end of July. We still have a very large and diverse inventory of these hard to find parts and we are creating this post in hopes of putting these parts in the hands of folks who need them for their projects. We will be at the Fall Hershey Meet in spots CX 53 and CX 54 in the South Chocolate Field. Our biggest challenge is the fact that we have two spaces at Hershey and enough inventory to cover 100 spaces. Thus we are looking to give the viewers here a glimpse into what we have so that if you see something you are interested in we can hopefully work out a deal and bring it to Hershey. There are several ways to view our inventory or at least a good portion of it. First off, you can go to ebay and check out our ebay store. Try the following link (below) and PM us (here) if any issues connecting. We can not stress enough the importance of communicating with us either here by PM or by personal email (doug@valleyvending.com) so that we do not alert ebay to a possible sale outside of ebay that would deprive them of their share of the profits. If ebay suspects a deal being done off ebay.......viewers asking for our phone number or providing theirs and asking us to call them......they will shut down our account (it has happened and it is a nightmare to get it resolved).....therefore we do not acknowledge such requests on ebay......just contact us here on this site or by private email (my email above) or call me (Doug at 518-572-0907). One more thing to keep in mind is that the prices you see on items in our ebay store reflect the cost of listing the part, final value fees, pay pal fees, and shipping when applicable. The point being that if we have something in our store that you want to buy form us at or before Hershey then we can discount the item accordingly (cash is king)! Here is the link to our ebay store: https://www.ebay.com/sch/19fatboy66/m.html?_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1 If that link does not work then just go to our ebay page and on the top right click on "advance" to the right of the search icon then on the left side column of the next screen click "by seller" then under "enter seller's ID" type in "19fatboy66" and click on "Search".....this brings you to our store with over 500 items. You can enhance the view of the listings by going to the top right and click on "gallery" view and then at the bottom right click on the "items per page" and change to 200. We would also like to mention that we will be doing one more big listing on ebay the week of 9/17 to 9/24 of at least 100 items (smalls) mostly items from the Hawkinson estate, so please check our ebay store again that week to see more items that we could potentially bring to Hershey. Next we did a couple of you tube videos of our swap meet set up. Some of the items have sold but many items are still available for sale. Here are the videos: In addition to what you have seen (above) here are some pictures (below) of some items we are considering bringing to Hershey. Prices are as follows: Packard Radiator & Shroud 1929? $700 Buick Firewall with Body Tag / Data Plates $300 Buick Bumpers $200 each Packard Running Boards $500 pair Universal Six Marine Motor (pic's 111 to 121) $750 Packard Radiator 1928 six cyl ? $600 Clutch packs, disc, pressure plates $100 to $250 each....prefer to sell as a lot (call) Trunk "A" and Trunk "B" $250 each Cadillac Doors (1928 1930 ?) very solid $1,500 Lincoln Doors (1929 - 1930 ?) very solid.....all handles and glass in tact $1,500 Landeau Top (specific application unknown) $1,000 Packard Hoods (choice) $500 each Lincoln Wire Wheels 1929 1930 ? (complete set of four with center caps) $1,500 Owen Dynetto Starters $250 each Cadillac ? or Buick ? Wood Spoke / Artillery Wheels (set of Four very solid) $1,200 We also have some 1934 Packard parts from a recent acquisition that we have yet to picture and we will post in a separate listing in the coming days. Thank you for taking the time to view our parts and please feel free to contact us with any questions that you may have.
  13. PRIVATE SWAP MEET July 28 - 30th 2017 Dear Fellow Enthusiast: You are receiving this personal invitation to a weekend of unique opportunities. We are Rick and Doug Lyon also known as No Mercy Brothers Parts Locators. We are the ones that purchased the entire parts inventory from the estate of John (Hawkeye) Hawkinson in the fall of 2016. This is the property that was featured (March 15) on the season premiere of Chasing Classic Cars. We are contacting individuals that bought vehicles from the property as well as those who have a particular interest in Pre-War Packards, Specifically pre 1932. We are anticipating having several things happen over the weekend of July 28-30, 2017. The primary focus will be a private swap meet on our property (11 miles from Hawkeye's). We will be offering those parts we acquired (Pre- 1932 Primarily Packard, Cadillac, LaSalle, some Buick, Lincoln, Pierce Arrow, American LaFrance & Mack Fire Truck as well as all other parts in our vast inventory). All will be available for sale that weekend. The swap meet will run Friday and Saturday with Sunday morning being a wrap up of the event. Our property has 2 garages and several pole barns with many vintage collectibles for your viewing pleasure. Also located here is our family's Bed and Breakfast. We have blocked out the weekend for this event. Room availability is limited so we suggest booking as early as you can. You can find info on the B&B at Sundaypond.com If you call for a reservation- YOU MUST mention the swap meet or you will be told there is no vacancy. The Bed & Breakfast link is below (for lodging info only). For all other questions, our contact information is below that. Other lodging in the area is available and you can be assisted with that when calling the B&B. There is parking for some trucks and trailers on our property. This is a cash sale unless other prior arrangements have been made. This event will be held rain or shine. Hawkeye's property will likely be open, under the new owner, to host a gathering/tour and possibly an informal car show. This portion of the plan however is currently developing. This should be a great gathering of people with a passion for vintage automobiles. The swap meet will run continuous from early in the morning into the early evening on Friday and Saturday, wrapping up Sunday morning. There is no charge to attend the swap meet. If you have any questions, please contact us. If you plan to attend we ask that you please RSVP by June 30th so that we may plan accordingly for food and drinks (lunch), which will be provided at no charge to those attending.
