Made In Michigan

Howdy, can someone tell me what engine I have in my 1937 Dodge ME 1.5 ton truck? The stamping is T-40 II970 except the II in that number actually looks like the roman numeral one one.There are also numbers casted in the lower left side of the block by the starter. The head is 25 inches long. Its either a 201 or maybe a 218 but don't know for sure.

Can anyone tell me where my fame numbers might be on my 37 stake truck? Cant find them on the left front frame, maybe someone can give me a little direction here. Also, how can I decipher the body tag that is on my left side firewall? the 4x2 tag is missing but the oval tag reads K-2-2-LR 16311. Is model the same as series? I think its a model ME 31 based on the title vin but would like to find the number stamped on the frame. Thanks in advance, Franklin
