  2. Bob, thanks for the reply. If you could send some pics to for reference, it would be a great help. I would also like to disassemble the ignition switch in order to clean the contacts and insure reliable operation. I like your modification to accept the set screw. Good idea. Any help on how it comes apart would be helpful as well. Tim
  3. Can anyone advise me how to remove the ignition lock cylinder and switch on a 1930 Buick? The key is missing and I would like to remove the lock cylinder so I can have a locksmith make a key for it. It is in the unlocked position, allowing the ignition switch to function on and off. I am unable to figure out how the lock cylinder or ignition switch is removed from the steering column. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks, Tim
