    Dan Thanks for the info. I am making a patern at the moment & will have a go at casting it myself. I would do my own mavhining it is just the casting I am after so would be interested in a cost if you are able to get them done. Graham

    Dan I to have the potmetal problem and are looking for a replacement. My generator is a Remy 721A and looks identical to yours. Could the guy make another one & how much does he charge? Graham
