Guest Timothy D Bowers
I have an air cleaner, and I have a decal. Can anyone show me the proper location for the air cleaner decal on a mid 30's Chevy? I can't see how the flat decal is going to install on the air cleaner without wrinkling over the curves. JFranklin
Is your filter an oil bath? If so you have the wrong decal.
Guest Timothy D Bowers
I believe you. It's the decal that was listed for the oil bath air cleaner in Chev's of the 40s.

Guest Timothy D Bowers
Any chance you can point out to me what should be there? Unless I'm missing something, from the catalogs this is the only decal mentioned for the proper years. Does the '35 Chevy oil bath air cleaner get a decal? JFranklin
In the Filling Station catalog that decal is listed for the dry element air filter, there was no listing for the oil bath that I could find. Maybe another makes specialty catalog might have something suitable.
