Looking for info on a Champion spark plug clock/sign?

Lookin for any information regarding this item, which was manufactured by Oadco, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Not sure exactly when, but seems like the 1950's.

Not 100% certain but it has more of a 60s feel to it.  I know there was a plastic panel that slipped in where the light is and that had the name of the garage or parts store on it, or any other messaged needed (shop hours, etc).   They were often hung in store windows.  Not sure what other info you are looking for.  Hopefully it still works.  With a little cleaning it could be a nice addition to your hobby room.

Thanks.  Yes it all still works, clock and light.  I have seen similar Oadco manufactured clock/signs but made of plastic. Those were 1960's vintage. I assumed that it was 50's due to the all metal construction. I can't find anything about Oadco nor have I found this item anywhere else.  Was wondering if anyone had seen the item before?
