Manual refers to a rubber/metal part that, perhaps seals the wiper stem penetration, see pic. can any one send pic of proper installation? Assume this "rubber/metal" part is supposed to be on the inside of car between car body and wiper motor. I did find one rusty metal part, contoured to match car body, about the size of a larger postage stamp with about 3/8 inch hole but no sign of rubber. Ken, Deltaville, Va EDIT - found proper part, believe its 257928P; does anyone make it or have NOS?
