are the 4 & 6 cyl.all the same ???  TOM

The car that we are working on belongs to one of my friends so I don't know much about it. His car is a 6 but I would think the tank which is factory installed inside the truck would be the same on either. The sending/fuel pickup unit is mounted on the side of the tank about 2/3 up from the bottom. That would be on the right or passenger side of the car. Same side as the fill neck.
