What is this? 1903-04?

According to the Standard Catalog, by 1904 all Ramblers had steering wheels and right hand steering, and some were the 2cyl. The spring positions seems consistent - however, this reference does not mention a model C. Is that an error in the "Catalog" or do we need more research. Tried to match with Packard and Overland - no luck. Seat configuration still gives me a problem.

I agree with Rick, that it's a Rambler Model C. The steering wheel threw me too.
