Guest
I am trying to find out what make of car this is. Circa 1903-4? Can you help?
Marshduck@aol.com

[This message has been edited by peterg (edited 08-21-2000).]
Rick Hoover
I believe it to be a 1904 Rambler Runabout.
I'm not sure which year Rambler went to a steering wheel though. I know the 1902 and 03's had tillers.
Rick
ronbarn
According to the Standard Catalog, by 1904 all Ramblers had steering wheels and right hand steering, and some were the 2cyl. The spring positions seems consistent - however, this reference does not mention a model C. Is that an error in the "Catalog" or do we need more research. Tried to match with Packard and Overland - no luck. Seat configuration still gives me a problem.

Guest
I agree with Rick, that it's a Rambler Model C. The steering wheel threw me too. All the Ramblers of this model that I've seen had tillers, although they could have changed in later production.
------------------
tsauto@v35.com
AACA member
[This message has been edited by Tom Spaar (edited 08-21-2000).]
