Ted "Wildcat65" Nagel
Hello, a friend just bought a Riviera SR, black with red interior...bucket seats and console. I'm going to see it later. I was wondering how "rare" this SR model is, if at all. Thanks,Ted
Ted "Wildcat65" Nagel
That was easy, I looked op th eproduction ##s @ the Riviera site, 16xx some s/r models out of the 20,0xx total. What is neat is this guy bought a 76 parts car thats an S/R with buckets and console -had that one for tenyears already and did not know what he had. jjt63
I believe just over 1,300 were produced. Please visit the Riviera Owners Website, and look at the "History of the Riviera," the vintage of this car. You'll find history, specs, production numbers, etc.And suggest your friend join the ROA; fantastic technical support and camaraderie. Great national events!I have a pewter '76 S/R w/red interior, currently under restoration.
