Guest britishink
I'm fixing to install a gutted out original radio and though it may be easier to go in from the from by removing the chrome dash panel.Any ideas on how to get this off?Under the dash is the heater controls and cowl lever above is the padded dash section, all getting in my way! Thanks in advance... Guest martylum
Hi-I just removed and repaired the radio in a 49 Chrysler woodie wagon and found that you need to remove the heater-defroster controls from the dash before you can remove the radio. The radio is large and the space it goes into not much larger but it will go in and out.
