Jim Rohn
Just found this at an Estate of a Cadillac & Olds dealer. This appears to be 50's, perhaps 60's style, not sure. Assuming it was included with the car when it was delivered to be installed once plates were issued. Again not sure, it is stainless steel with a brushed raised area (tried to show in 2nd photo). Any ID help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

TG57Roadmaster
I have two, front & rear, that came on my '80 Coupe de Ville. The raised center section is "brushed," right? The window sticker lists them as code V50 AY, at $11 each.Sorry they're not older.TG
