Steve_Mack_CT Posted December 28, 2007 Share Posted December 28, 2007 Steve, tough to tell by the one picture but it looks a lot like the tools my late father in law had, he was a lineman and they used stuff like this for splicing and cutting heavy electric lines. We found a couple of very similar tools like this cleaning out his place (along with a "zenith radio" reflective tag topper, I now have and have never seen another.)
