  1. Have a good used original exhaust manifold for Cord 810/812, 1936-1937, supercharged Lycoming V8. One small area where the porcelain is missing, see the last photo. $500 plus shipping.
  2. Here is some info on this rim. I am in the vintage British parts business and familiar with this rim. First, you do not have the complete number, probably miscast when it was made. The actual part number, cast into the rim, is 555455. The BS is for British Standards, promoting British parts, the 1004 is the number assigned to headlamp/lighting components. In all of the catalogs I have going back to 1935 and later this number does not appear in any of them. Nor does in appear in any of the price schedules or superseded numbers list. I have a couple of these in my inventory and have never been able to find correct fitment. Everybody I show them to comes up with some fitment that is not correct. I have one of my contacts in the UK trying to track it down there, so far no luck. Physically it will fit most Lucas 700 series headlamp buckets. Good Luck
