Is that a tag from factory? Replacement block from Chrysler? Chrysler dealer? Can you please give a bit more information so I can try to understand what kind of block I have on this car. Thanks a bunch!!

Have purchased a 1948 Chrysler that does not have the block numbered but seam to have had a aluminum tag on it. Please see attached picture. Have you seen this before? Why is such like this? Thanks Dan
