Guest Tammy
Help, I've over done myself. My arms feel like they are broken and I'm not done yet. I guess my thin layer must be a extra thick layer. I have been doing all by hand, but I can't get that glaze to come off without applying everything that I have...and it is just inch by inch. I don't have a buffer. So..can anybody give me a tip to remove...and if it stays on over night, is that a problem?
Guest EDBS0
I use a cap for a full car. It goes a very very long way.If you have got it too thick it will be hard to remove. I know, you know.!!Try a light water spray and use micro fibre. Good luck.Did you use 2 or 3 coats of AIO?
Guest Tammy
I have just located a buffer to use, 10 miles away. Should I use it dry or spray alittle water with the buffer? Can I leave it on over night and work on it tomorrow as time allows?Guess I way over did it
Guest EDBS0
Spary lightly. I often let mine dry overnight in the garage. Do not, NOT get any dust on it or in it before you polish off.
Guest Tammy
oh no, I might have to start over...can I dust car off with duster, or what should I do to start over...crap, it was windy here, garage door was open when I went to pick up my son, I noticed it was dusty
Guest EDBS0
You are in it now.Polishing now you risk scratching the paint. You can't wash the SG off so I would wash it tomorrow, let it dry and polish. Then put the absolutely thinnest layer possible daily for 2 weeks. Twins information here. Thinly Thinly THINLY! If you think you are using just enough try 1/4 of that amount. SG works at the molecular level. You will love the result. Guest Tammy
Can I just wash it with Dawn again? I noticed today that even after the AIO that I still have some pretty good swirl marks. Last owner did nothing to help exterior. Maybe after I wash I should AIO a few times? before I THINLY SG.Is that my grounding for 2 weeks... (daily for 2 weeks) Don't think my arms/wrists can take it
Guest EDBS0
Strip again with Dawn. AIO and let it dry. Do not buff off just apply another layer of AIO and a third if you like. Buff the last layer. Let dry or cure if you prefer for a day. Then one coat of SG a day for as long as you like.I washed my car Friday for the first time in 5 months and the shine is as though I just did it. P21S is gone though so it is a bit sterile.
Guest EDBS0
I use a small 6 inch polisher such as this one to apply the polish. It then buffs off with a very easy swipe of micro fiber. I slightly dampen the bonnet with water mist and really 6 or 8 drops will do a hood or trunk. Remember thin, verrrry thin.

Roadster90
Both EDBSO and myself sent you Klasse info when you bought the car. Autopia.Org has plenty of information on the use of Klasse including removing excessivly thick applications easily. Just go to www.autopia.org , register, and go to the appropriate forum...it is called the "main event"....Log on your question in a post exactly as you did here, and you will get all the help you can handle... Guest EDBS0
As I look back I have has the twins for 3 years. Done 7 or 8 cars probably more and have 3/4 of the AIO left and 2/5 of the SG. I sprits the bonnet with water or detailer and use a very few drops per panel. You'll get the hang of it.As I think it over I wouldn't Dawn but wash, dry and AIO. It is ok to let AIO and SG bake dry in the hottest sun.
Guest Tammy
yes I remember the Autopia site but stupid computer has been showing it's age again, (we need to take it in)and I wasn't able to bring up the site for very long before getting booted and I was able to post here. I just tried to do way too much yesterday. And then the end results were a bust. THANKS for coming to my rescue!Going to be 80 degrees today, if my little man takes a nap today, guess I'll be busy again...
