Guest abh3usn
To anyone planing on restoring and entering a car in judged competition, I would suggest attending Judging school. Attending could save you time and money on your restroation because you have a much better idea of what the judges are looking for. I attended my first school on Saturday and it was very informative. A great place to start before starting your restoration. If you can't attend pick up a copy of the new '07 Judging Manual ($5) is worth your time. See you on the show field. Guest windjamer
Stationed in Ft useless Va. in 62, the trip to Binghamton took me just eight hrs.,give or take ten min. That was befor interstates and faster police cars Its only 502 miles, so you can make your first show of judging right here in Binghamton. Come on, speedies are cooking.
ex98thdrill
If you go to judging school and get into doing some judging, the manuals are FREE, and the morning of the show you usually get a pretty good breakfast for $3.

Mickey McChesney
Steve, glad you enjoyed the school. Tidewater Region periodially puts on our own Judging School to inform our members and to grow our own judges. Remember, this is not an authorized AACA school but our instructor Bob Roughton is as qualified as anyone to put on on. Suggest you attend the National Meet in New Bern, NC in May to really get an appreciation for judging. You can go to the school and get your apprentice judging in one Meet. Call me or email me for more info.Mickey mick32chevy@cox.net
