Putnam_Ct Posted September 20, 2006 Share Posted September 20, 2006 I have (2) pis to post here. I have the wrong thermostat assembly on the forward top of my head. As you can see by the pic, the outlet for the hose is in the center of the thermostat. I am looking for a thermostat like in the second picture. As you can see it the outlet is offset and lines up with the radiator. yirgaman Posted September 21, 2006 Share Posted September 21, 2006 Pete, I can't find my camera at the moment, BUT I scaped off the dirt on the side of the pot and it is part #314692 which is correct for the DG8. The offset is to the passenger side of the engine.
