Guest
This is a reprint of a email from a Reatta owner that replaced his broken front turn signal amber globes.
Tom . . . just wanted you to know that the amber globe installation was a
success. I tried the strip
caulk but opted for the grey silcone just to be correct. Your instructions
were great and the quality of the globes was excellent. The metal collar was
a great idea to strengthen the globe. Thanks for coming to the rescue!
Steve
Minneapolis
Click here for more information and pictures
[ 04-23-2001: Message edited by: Tom Walsh ]
TheBlackMoon
Tom, you old dog! LOL
Daggonit! You did it. I several times suggested it, but couldn't find the bulb or the right light to do what you did, so I gave up. Nice to see that someone came up with a reasonable solution. I'll be buying a couple of them on payday, but will wait til the summer to perform the repair. Thanks alot!!
