I know of one for sale that nees to be rebuild and the block is suppose to be in good shape. I know it a hard question but if anyone could give me a range i would appreciate it. Guest imported_V12Bill
Brian, A V 12 engine, block crank, rods, heads and manifolds is worth about $500 to $1000 If the carb, distributor clutch waterpumps and all other bolt on equipment is there the price is $800 to $1500. If the block can't pass a magnaflux test its worth what you can get for the bolt on equipment. Keep in mind that a lot of blocks have cracks and check to see if the crack is repairable before you scrap the block. If you rebuild it to stock specifications it will cost $4500 to $6500 if you do most of the work yourself. If you want to build a speed engine the skys the limit.Bill
Guest imported_V12Bill
PS, If you have heard the engine run recently, and it runs solid, and are buying it complete the price could rise to double a nonrunning engine.
