wtb spring for hydraulic window

im in a need of a spring that pulls the

hydraulic window down in a 1952 Buick Roadmaster

front door with hydraulic windows its simply missing

from my car i wonder how spring in that size can disapear

but thats another thing

the spring is close to 13 inches long and must be the same

used in other years and GM makes

could someone help me ,it will really be appreciateted

When do you really need it by? I am restoring a 54 skylark that also has hydraulics. I bought a 4 window set that fits an early 50 caddy. They are two different sizes. My issue is I will not need them all ( like you I need only one) but I haven't begun the work. It may be next year by the time I sort it all out. Are you REALLY stuck??

Bjoen; Was missing a spring for the window regulator from my 47, it takes two per side. I checked my local phone directory and was able to find a small company in my area that makes springs to order, I took one of my springs to them and they duplicated it for $25.00, might be something to look into if you are not able to find one any other way.

i have tryed one company like this but they wanted

over 200$ to copy that spring i think that is a little

expensive,but in case i cant find another i can be forced

to use that solution
