I've been thinking about the Reatta sound system lately, well A gal has to have her road-jams.
Has anyone put a killer sound system in one of these? That whole back wall is open and can be used! No I'm not thinking about hydraulics, LOL. grin.gif
I'm thinking about replacing the center pass through door to the trunk with one that a speaker grill cut into it. Behind it would be a very high quality speaker system. JBL K140 for bass and a couple of bullets.
By the way I found a CD player on Ebay.
Link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/ebayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=472055599&r=0&t=0
------------------

[This message has been edited by Natasha (edited 10-23-2000).]

Nadya, what year is your car? If its 88-89 the cd player isn't of any use to you. I added and FM modulated disk changer that sounds great in my car. I would think that it would be pretty easy to get exotic with a sound system in the later cars. The power is easy to get at from the trunk to the console.
What is a JBL K140 and a couple bullets!?! confused.gif

remember there are no rca's coming out of radio so if you want to use an amplifier to get the best lows, mids and highs through component type speaker systems, you'll be using the speaker line out and all the distotion that comes with that. best bet is to the leave stock speakers in and buy a fm modulator, also cheapest way out.
