Edwin Posted May 20, 2005 Share Posted May 20, 2005 Hello,I'm normaly on the Plymouth forum but I have a problem with finding a camshaft for my car Plymouth 1955 (P27) V8 260Cu.In. engine. I would like to know if there is anyone who can help me in finding a good usable camshaft for my car. Here under are the technical details about the part numbers.Hope you can help me.Here under are the VIN numbers from the parts list book and found on the parts.Camshaft-> partslist book:1671073Camshaft-> cast number:1328794Match numbers from Hollanders:camshaft #1328794 is used inDodge '53-55 Pass. 8 cylDodge Truck '54 early '56 8cylB, C, D, F, G, H, J, K, 1/2 - 21/2 ton w/300 Ser. Eng.Plymouth '55 8 Cyl.or #1671073 camshaft plymouth/dodge '55 V8Cyl.I already tried Egge and Perfect Engine. They both don't have it, although Perfect Engine is still looking.
