John G.
I had pulled my tachometer on my 70 442 W30 because it and the clock was not working. After pulling it, I discovered that none of the wires were connected. No wonder it didn't work. I could only locate one green wire that was hanging loose. Not sure what that is for. Is there any other color I should be looking for and should'nt there be three wires in all. Thans for any suggestions.
71 W-30
I think there is an article about Rallye pacs on 442.com. Probably in the FAQ section. It could take a while to find since Bryceman has a lot of information on his site.
rrielley
Wow! This is intimidating. I have a Rally Pac in a box of stuff that came in the trunk of my '72 Cutlass convertible (also found an 8-track tape player and housing plus an AM/FM Olds head unit). I'm tempted to try putting the Rally Pac into my dash, but I'm the type to call an eletrician and pour a martini to change a light bulb.
