It needs a new what looks to be brake lining bonded to rubber/fiber wheel.I'm not getting anywhere with local brke reliners.any info welcome thanks
Burnett
I have a 1915 Metz with the same type brake lining materal on the friction drive. The Lining has holes drilled in it and counter sunk then bolted to the wheel with small brass bolts and nuts. This was done before I purched the car and do not know if this is the correct way or not. Its works Ok
