upholstery panels

Does anyone know who makes replacement panels for the interior. It looks like some kind of cardboard about 3/16" thick. It goes on the back above the armrest on a 4dr. It has a concave or dish in it that is molded for your arm, so he cant make it himself. The old ones are in pieces so he cant use them as pattern. The person who owns the car is almost done having it restored, but cant finish the upholstery untill he finds these panels.I am not working on this car, just trying to help someone out here.
