How do Canadian headlites differ from normal headlites???? I lived and worked in detroit for 30 years and never heard of any difference about headlites. Do they put a lot of chrome and extra gee-gaws on them or something.

Twitch, i'm really curious about the green smiley face and swan omicron u use. What is the significance of the 2wo swans flanking the smiley face on each side and continually preening themselves under the wing by dipping their heads every so often???? VERY strange omicron.

Maybe parts made for the cars made in Canada were from a Canadian supplier and were slightly different.

I know that some optional hood ornaments, made for Packard, during the '30s, were different in Canada.

Uh, sorry I flunked Canadian in high school, eh?

Very perceptive PackardV8- if you look closely the hands appear to be swans. Aha! But they're not! They're cornorants!

Oops! Gotta go. Heading to Tijuana this weekend to see if I can pick up some of these classic Mexican headlights!
