Guest
My '41 coupe has rather large tires. I recently bought sidemount fenders & tire covers. My "real" tires would NEVER fit in the wheelwells or under the sidemount covers. What is the correct tire size for the sidemounts & covers
Guest JT
I think 41(maybe 42) was the first year they went to 15" wheels and they would have been 15 x 6.50 or 15 x 7.00. If it's a 16" it would still be 6.50 or 7.00.
John N. Packard
JT is correct. Packard went to 15 inch tires in 1941, at least in the Junior car lines. I don't know about the Senior cars.jnp
