Shocks for 1953 Imperial

I need some help locating and purchasing NOS shocks for my 1953 Custom Imperial. I tried AutoZone and PepBoys, neither has them. Any suggestions?

Check Andy Bernbaum. He sells lots of NOS parts so I believe the shocks he has, might also be NOS..

Then in Ebay is front shocks. Not NOS, but anyway.. Says only IMPERIAL 1949-1950, but I think they might also fit '53. But check the part numbers first.

Mika, belay the word, if I opened my eyes I would have seen the email address for Bernbaum. It looks like he has them. Thanks again.

Seriously, I've ordered this guy once. A starter reapit kit for my '39 Dodge. I WAS VERY PLEASED. I sent the money via mail and since the posting of the money it took only 1,5 weeks to get the parts here in Finland! The parts were 1:1 JUST LIKE THE ORIGINALS. I WILL USE HIM AGAIN, but now my '39 project is waiting for '57 Imperials 392 engine to be ready.

Only , not a bad, but . . . not so good thing is that this guy don't have email address. When I sent the fax and waited him to reply, it took few days and I already gave up hope, suddenly THERE WAS AN ENVELOPE in my mailbox and a letter from Andy. . . (yes, I sent a fax number also)! That somehow informed me that this guy is something that most of the todays webstore seller aren't. WOW!

You may also want to try Roberts Motor parts In Mass. I have gotten alot of parts from them and find them to be very friendly and reliable. They ship promptly.
