Part Identification?

I recently bought out an old Studebaker dealer and there were a handfull of NOS Packard Parts mixed in, including a couple master parts books from the late 40's to the late 50's. I can identify most of the parts, but there is a bullet shaped fender or cowl mounted directional or driving light, I'd guess from the late '30's. Can anyone identify the year and model which this fits; the part number is 348761? Thanks.
