deac Posted July 19 Share Posted July 19 The is a 1938 Buick steering wheel. All the chrome has been re-finished. The rim has been re-cast. Since the reconditioning has been done the wheel has not been used. This could be used in a show car. You would pay more to restore one yourself. All reasonable offers will be considered.
