1940_Buick Posted September 9, 2023 Share Posted September 9, 2023 (edited) The Good: Engine rebuilt by Schwalms Babbitted Bearings Flat tube radiator by Brassworks Top by Classstique Upholstery New transmission drums by Dave Nolting Rocky Mountain Brakes Rebuilt differential complete with new axles Excellent original wood and sheet metal. Only the dashboard has been replaced. Correct 1914 coil box Correct front axle Correct differential Wood in seat riser stamped April 1914. Engine casting date is May 15, 1914 The Bad: 1915 rear fenders, apparently replaced a long time ago Demountable rims. While not original to 1914, it is a plus if you get a flat It's not black. 1914 was the first year for black Fords.
