Guest
I have a 72 Satellite with a 318 and a 2 barrel Carter carburetor. The car runs great and has lots of power, except for a stumble when accelerating lightly. I think it has a lean surge when cruising at freeway speeds too. The carburetor has been recently rebuilt. Does anyone on the list know of a cure for this? Is it normal for a 318/2 barrel combination?
Guest
I would just do a baisic rebuild if youve already done that I would try adjusting the float so that fuel is not shut off until it reaches the top of the float bowl and fioat drop adjusted alway to the bottom Im no expert just a mopar enthusiast with a little experiance these ideas sound worth a try to me [color:"black"]
