Need to ID a 20" Brass center 4 spoke Vintage steering wheel

Picked this steering wheel up today. Trying to   find out what it may have been on. It is about 20" from outside to outside. Center part is brass. The hole for the steering shaft is about 1 7/16" with steel insert. Has 2 key ways in the center of the shaft opening.. No markings on the wheel. Has finger grips in the wood. Has slight dish of about 1 1/2". Any ideas of what it may have come on. Thanks in advance.
