brake fluid reservoir

help needed how to reaseal brake fluid reservoir on a 1928 Chrysler 72

I am aware it seals on the pointed plunger into the bottom fitting

but there is also what looks to have been a leather seal on the end of plunger rod

does anybody have information as to type and size of seal

or a diagram of internal parts
