Early Plymouth, Dodge or Chevy Windshield regulator

This is for an up and down I am not certain of which it came from I have two

Wood framed mechanism 325.00 plus shipping it is seized and one gear is broken. This one would fit my 30 dodge but have seen these replacement parts for a 30 chevy but has early 29 plymouth written on it? 

the metal needs to be rebuilt as it is taken apart. Was seized the main gear is worn out $150 plus shipping much narrower
