1920's Cadillac Hub Cap Wrench

I believe this to be a 1920's Cadillac Hub Cap wrench. Please review the photos and do your research to insure this is correct for your vehicle. Part number L 5693 with an "M" within a "C" marking in the casting. Big end measures 2-1/2" across and small end is 1-1/2" with two protruding prongs which I believe are used to tighten the wheel bearings.
