Guest
You don't mean bleach-white( pretty sure its spelled differently than that and I forget the company that makes it)? Comes in spray bottle, designed for cleaning whitewalls/blackwalls. If this isn't what you are talking about, I would recommend trying it anyway as this product works very well in making white walls white. You should be able to buy it at any auto store or k-mart, etc.
Guest John Chapman
Don't know about paint... wouldn't seem to work as well as it does on white bucks...
Wesley's Bleech-White works well as recommended above. Most any good auto parts store should have it. If the white walls are really dirty, try 400 grit wet/dry sand paper to get the top layer of dirty rubber off.
Cheers,
John
D Binger
I don't know if anyone even makes white tire paint anymore. That last time I saw any was in the mid 50's.
Dan
The Old Guy
If the white walls are REALLY dirty, you can always use a SOS pad(steel wool and soap) . They will get a white wall clean ,if it will come clean
