jannelu Posted January 12, 2003 Share Posted January 12, 2003 Hi!!!I wonder if any of you know if the 1965 Electra 225 with a 425 motor came with dual 4 bbl carburators as a option???Will the dual carb intake fit right on or do i have to modifie it ??? palbuick Posted January 12, 2003 Share Posted January 12, 2003 HelloI have seen several 64 & 65 Electras with the dual quads,This was an option that coud be ordered from the Dealer New or as a dealer instlalled option. Gas milage depende on how much lead is in your shoes, set up correctly with the progressive linkage you can get decent milage.
