I've got this car thats been in my mom's back yard for the 20 years she's been here.Thought I would try to find out what model it is.It has fluid drive on the trunk and suicide doors in the back.I know that's not much to go on but i think all the major parts are there so any help would be great. THANK'S

Fluid Drive was available from the late 40's to the mid 50's (1946-1954). The VIN would help to better identify the car. It should be on the driver's door post, I believe.

That is has suicide doors on the rear tells me it's from the '40s.

Look at the dash board.

If the radio speaker grille in the middle of the dash is made up of large plastic squares, it's a Chrysler.

If the radio speaker grille is made up of thin, chrome bars, and it has a long, rectangular speedometer, it's a DeSoto.

If it has a chrome radio speaker grille and a round speedometer, it's a Dodge.

Plymouths didn't have Fluid Drive.
