Guest
I am doing research on the T-model Ford and need a little info. I was told that the switch on the floor board was for the starter but I thought it was for the lights or does the magneto work the lights solely? And the middle pedal is for reverse, is this correct? Also what is the function of the the clutch bar that extends from the floor between the door and the driver? One last thing the lever on the right side of the steering column, I was told it is the gas lever and the one on the left is the spark lever, is this correct? THank you. Guest
button on floor is starter button.Behind steering wheel, throttle is on right side, spark advance on left side. The "bar" on left side of car is the hand brake, all the way back it's on,all the way forward you are putting car in high gear.Somewhere in the middle is neutral.Headlight switch is right by the ignition key.Find a local T guy for some real assistance, and best of luck,Mike
