Guest Howard Purvis
Can somebody help me out? The machine shop screwed up! I'm looking for a good flywheel for a '48 Super. The flywheel is the same for 40 and 50 series three speeds from 1939 to at least 1952. Good used with lots of meat or even NOS.

palbuick
Hi HowardI finally got to the garage and found the flywheel. It is for small series Buick and has a 10 in disc face. seems to be in real good condition, no broken teeth on ring gear, no signe of wear on the teeth. Face will have to be turned, only a few light age cracks, these should clear up after a turning.Price is $ 75.00 plus postage. Weight is between 35 and 40 lbs.write me if you have any questionsJim Schilf / palbuick@aol.com
