It folds out into a cabinet. It says on it; Rose City Auto CabinetPatent applied forMFG for M.E. The was some kind of hardware that attached to the tray but I don't know what it was. The center ice bin has a copper drain tube that goes out the bottom. The two flaps open to make the table area wider. It would go great with someones older car and it's not in too bad of condition for its age and use.
