1939 Buick Fenders

I found these out in the "junk yard" part of the business today. I think that the old-timer said that they belonged to a 1939 Buick, or did he say "Oldsmobile?" If they are for a Buick, what model do you suppose that they came from? These fenders just caught my eye the other day for some reason. I like the headlights, though one has a bit of corrosion on the underbelly.

I believe all 1939 Buicks used the same front fenders (just depended on whether a person wants sidemounts-those are different of course).  What makes the big series cars longer is the cowl area of the main body.

Also some are found with holes drilled in the top of them for the optional running lights.

Thanks for your prompt response. I had thought that he said that they were Buick. It is nice to see a restoration in progress (like with you 1939). I may have a hood, too. It was located near the fenders, along with a lot of parts for Ford Model T Trucks.
