Guest Posted December 1, 2001 Share Posted December 1, 2001 I live in Lowell MA and have a 1968 Delta Convert that I need to "donate" to someone that will take care of it or even part it.<BR> <BR>Although it has some rust it is a great car that was completely redone at an amateur level as a great driving car .. . by no means a show car. $5,000 invested.<BR> <BR>Here is the run down:<BR> <BR>1968 Delta 88 Convert, 200k miles<BR>White/Black/Black<BR>455 CI, 4bbl, 80 k miles<BR>Interior: OK<BR>Top: Good, glass window, needs motor<BR>Frame: Solid, it has been repaired/welded<BR>Motor: not running, probably some simple timing problem, rebuilt carb<BR>Tires: Fine<BR>Body: some rust spots, bubbles along the front edge of the hood, Trunk has holes<BR>Chassis: All moving parts replaced or rebuilt in '95. Bushings, tie rods, ball joints, centerlink, springs, shocks<BR>Registered?: no<BR>Title: yes<BR> <BR>I hope you can help me I don't want to crush this car.<BR> <BR> <P>Michael J.
